A Walk Through Town: Divine Encounters in Soho, was a community performance project involving 11 community groups in Soho, London, ranging from the nursery school to the English Collective of Prostitutes, and culminating in a performance at Soho Theatre, February 2005, which Claire created, directed and performed in with two other professional and five community performers, to a soundtrack of Soho life. This two-year project was about finding a way to tell a contemporary story of Soho, and creating greater community cohesion by forging links between the different community groups involved.
